In my quest to understand being human, I found a collection of "oldest" places to eventually visit - they must have the secret figure out if people still want your coffee after 300 years.
There is a bookstore if you can believe it, that has been operating continuously since 1732 in Lisbon, Portugal. What secret have they discovered to encourage customers to purchase more books than they fondle?
